This unique wall system has many benefits. The blocks are made of 100% recycled EPS. This system uses significantly less concrete, 1/3 that of conventional concrete construction.
The 10 inch thick block wall provides superior thermal and sound efficient barrier to outside elements. The 4 hour fire resistant walls are one of the safest walls on the market today. The cement encapsulated EPS granules are not susceptible to infestation of termites, insects and other vermin.This efficient modular system will minimize construction waste and greatly reduce labor hours.
This structure alone will keep 17,000 lbs of polystyrene out of the landfills and save 576 cubic yards of concrete (58 truckloads).
